Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1080.01, if this is your first time applying and your family income does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, you may qualify for a one-time waiver of the Board’s application fee of $60.00 by filling out the Optional Fee Waiver for Low Income Applicants.

If you are licensed in another state other than Arizona, you can transfer your license through Reciprocity which is a license-for-license process.
